I live and work in Canada. My rental property was transitioned to James Hayes when they bought the business during the pandemic. The transition from former property company was seamless. In addition to change of management company, I had a new freeholder who did extensive freeholder renovations followed by a complete inside rennovation inside my property that I did with almost everything upgraded. Ben and Inga project managed the three big changeovers, on a different time zone, with remote owner and trades to pay. The entire project was so professionally managed, transparent communication and attention to detail like I have never seen. Lastly they found me the best new tenants. Everyone is happy all round. Ive never met them so the entire relationship has been virtual. I highly recommend James Hayes and would be very happy to recommend them to anyone who needs a stellar property management firm.
