P. D.I switched to James Pendleton after my first estate agent failed to secure any offers for my flat after a large number of viewings. After a number of weeks, it was clear that the Manager (Daniel Gilligan) had a very strong understanding of digital marketing, in particular click through rates and ways of increasing the visibility of my property on Rightmove. The team has been incredibly professional, responsive and ethical in their approach and Josh Harden has been very helpful.

Made an offer on one viewed on first batch of viewings and despite dealing with a complex sale, Bradley remained calm and professional through to completion. Angel Service has been great as well.
