I rented a flat through Japan Services for 18 months just at the start of lockdown in March 2020. They gave me excellent service both on the letting and maintenance side. The negotiation and implementation of the tenancy agreement including various changes during the tenancy were dealt with smoothly and professionally. The checkin/out processes were conducted in the same way and were fairly done. Being an older property a number of maintenance issues arose during the course of the tenancy which were all dealt with promptly and professionally. All the staff are friendly and helpful.
