L. B.I really can't recommend Jayson Russell highly enough. They were professional and helpful all throughout my student tenancy, when that's a group easily side-lined by housing companies. They were very quick with sending round repairmen when we needed it. When people came round to view the house I was renting at the time, the estate agent Dan (who is great Btw) encouraged the viewers to ask me about the cost of bills and my experience with the property, rather than just charging through or being evasive about the more negative aspects.
Whilst some reviews have complained about needing a guarantor owning property in the UK, this is not a practise exclusive to Jayson Russell and I've seen other companies do this. After renting in London I can say an attitude of 'that's how it is, it definitely makes it harder for people' is one that is true and was met with genuine sensitivity. They've been my best Landlords in London.
