My recent move in has been super smooth thanks to the help of Joana Ferreira and Joanna Chamiola Phillips. They have been (and still are) very responsive and efficient in handling any of my requests, as well as providing me with timely updates on contracts, transferring utilities and anything related. They helped me quickly reach the landlord to have stuff fixed and cleaned around the apartment, which was very helpful and allowed me to resolve issues quickly. Highly recommend!

Upd: after leaving this review I was contacted by a new property manager - Andrey, who quickly and professionaly helped to resolve the issue. I've been told that my previous property manager- Levi is not working in JLL anymore. They are not returning my deposit after 2 months and counting. Had multiple emails sent to the property manager , kept getting emails saying I have to wait and various excuses. Two months after I moved out, they are yet to provide the deductions list. Never recieved login detals for my deposit protection account, the scammiest letting agency I've ever had to deal with.

The overall renting experience was outstanding. Most importantly, Izzie and Joanna made the whole process stress free when we were looking for an apartment in Central London. I would highly recommend engaging JLL (maybe ask for Izzie and/or Joanna) for your next home search...

Recently used JLL to rent an apartment. Highly recommend Izzie and the team at the Nine Elms office for any rentals. I became a tenant with JLL in September 2016. My property manager is Mara and people involved in initial paperwork were Michael and Bruna. I am thoroughly impressed with quality of service that all of them have provided. The previous agencies that I've dealt with simply can't compete. There were a few problems with the property that needed to be taken care of. I've had a number of landlords before and based on those experiences my hopes weren't very high. To my absolutely positive surprise, JLL were different. Mara worked with me tirelessly to get everything resolved. She was very responsive, she liaised with the contractors and always kept me up to date on how repairs arrangements were progressing. Thanks to Mara's work, everything has been kept in working order during my tenancy since then and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend JLL and this particular branch.

I've had the same reserves as surely many had on real estate agents - but have been positively surprised! The team at this JLL office take their job seriously, and work highly professionally. Speedy responses, reasonable expenses are no question, and problems are discussed early and solution-oriented. Just to make a point - the agent I speak to (Yusuf Ziya) in the rentals team has been my contact at JLL for surely 4 years at least - proves the consistency in the team!

I have been a tenant with JLL since October 2016. Yusuf is our property manager and he has been nothing but friendly and helpful since our very first day in the property. We have had a couple of minor issues in the flat due to normal wear and tear and Yusuf has resolved these quickly and pain-free, there has been no need to follow up as he is proactive and gets the job done the first time round. He always answers his phone and replies to emails immediately. Past experiences with property managers have not been nearly this pleasant! I highly recommend being a tenant with JLL.

I recently became a tenant through JLL and have been extremely impressed with the level of service provided by everyone we have communicated with throughout the whole process. Specifically, on noticing the appearance of some water damage in the ensuite I contacted the property manager, Yusuf Ziya, who has been diligent and efficient in getting the situation resolved. On learning the appointment with the contractors wasn’t going to happen for a week he even contacted the contractors on my behalf to arrange an earlier time to get the problem looked at. Because of his involvement the appointment occurred the very next day. Additionally, he has followed up on the issue several times, completely unprompted, to ensure I didn't need ongoing help. Needless to say, the level of care taken to ensure a speedy and straightforward solution has made a situation that could have become stressful a satisfying experience instead. JLL has my thanks and my recommendation.

I lived in Sloane Gardens for 18 months and just moved back to NYC. I absolutely loved living in the area and the JLL management team consisting of Shirley Ryan and Catie Supple are a big reason why I was able to love my flat despite a whole host of issues upon moving in and throughout my tenancy. These ladies remedied everything that went wrong for 18 months as fast as they could by being supremely prompt, courteous and professional - everything you could possibly want in a management team. I would say I even got to know their humorous sides - I mean what else are you going to do when things go wrong and you have a tenant like me who loves to email? I can say without a doubt that without Shirley and Catie, I would not have been happy in my flat and probably would be writing bad reviews about the flat all over the place. They deserve gold medals for the way they handled my experiences and I can only imagine how busy they were if they had other tenants with similar issues. On a side note (I'm not sure which company should take ownership of this), but for the amount of money I paid to live in Sloane Square, I should not have experienced the amount of issues I did in my flat. In addition, although I suppose you can never know beforehand, the entire area was under construction for almost the whole time I was there - which was quite a nuisance with the noise and dust that accumulated in the flat. But I still love Sloane Square and give big kudos to Shirley and Catie!

JLL (in the capacity as a property manager) is resourceful and reliable. They have a good network of services providers who could attend to issue fairly quickly (for example, Ralph as the handyman). My property manager, Hannan Ennassri has clearly raised the bar for the industry. Hannan is very professional, responsive and extremely helpful. She always goes above and beyond to make every situation better. You would totally want to rent an apartment for the fact that it is managed by Hannan.
