They are bright and knowledgeable and rapidly bring you up to date with the local property market. They guide you through the process and take out the stress. Nothing is too much trouble. Am leaving this review for John D Wood especially because of lettings negotiator Oliver Hayden. Moving to London from abroad, we had one day to look at apartments. Oliver made sure to ask enough questions to learn what we were looking for, made a good proposal for viewings and was very pleasant to have around & helpful during the viewings. We found our apartment that day and Oliver kept in touch on a daily base to make sure we were able to 'get' the apartement / close the deal. Besides from being trustworthy, pro-active and polite, Oliver is also easy to reach, which in my opinion is a big plus. This all reflects positively upon John D Wood's reputation, which I can fully recommend if you are looking for a place to live.

I have experience with three major letting agents in London. This team is by far the best! Ed, Amye, Oliver are terrific so if you want an excellent letting experience go to them. But, beware of the after service. Steven is the property manager for many of the JDW properties that are let. It is two months since we have moved into our flat. We still do not have basic things fixed that we asked for even before moving in. And, the communication is very difficult. It is like pulling teeth to get these things fixed. Never had that type of after service experience before.

I was helped by a lovely and efficient agent called Jessica Wright. She knew my budget and what I was looking for and gave me plenty of choice. She was also pretty patient with repeated viewings as I couldn't make up my mind. I really appreciated the extra time she put in. The quality of properties in the area they had on their books was excellent and it helps having a small, focused team who know the areas exceptionally well. John D Wood of Belgravia have simply been excellent, the best agents I came across when looking for a flat for a month, dealing with numerous agents. Tim Lawler stood out as polite and personable, showing me two properties that met and exceeded my criteria, and even took time during his day off at the weekend for a second viewing. He answered all my questions and I truly thought my experience would change once I had put the deposit down, but Tim's courteous manner continued. He even bought me a welcome cake from local Peggy Porschen's on the day of the check-in to show me some of the local businesses. I wish the Lettings Industry would take a page out of John D.
