I have been dealing with the rental division for almost 5 years and during this period it was a trouble free and smooth experience. This time we had a new tenant and the turnaround time was less than a week to get the apartment ready. The whole rental team rose to the challenge (maintenance, legal-contract, inventory check etc) but in particular I need to commend Louna Del Bario who was my main contact and was on top of things by coordinating between the various services required and even helped in assembling the furniture during her lunch break. JDW Chelsea, did a fantastic job selling my house. Gave me good advice on pricing, marketing and when it came to sale process , how to navigate the complex path to exchange. They also ensured that the exchange happened very quickly, which without their hand holding would not have been the case. What I also liked that even though Robert Green was may original main contact , I dealt with the whole team. The actual sale in the end was handled by William Close Smith. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Not only did he achieve the asking price, for me. He ensured that the exchange happened in a very smooth and extremely quick manor. I cannot thank him enough!!!
