My experience with John D Wood is the best I have ever encountered from an estate agent, and I’ve encountered quite a few over the years. I was looked after by the delightful William Saunders at the Chelsea lettings office, who got to know what I was looking for after showing me around several properties. I was looking over a period of a couple of months and he kept in touch without being at all pushy or ‘salesy’. He even kept a spreadsheet of properties that matched my preferences. Once I found the perfect place the whole office were extremely helpful at getting me through the referencing process, especially since my circumstances were not usual. This commendation does not come cheap, as I was navigating my way in the London property rental market, I was fortunate enough to receive a call from Harry.
