Fab, smooth communication and professional service from the very beginning. Absolute hassle free rental, straightforward process, up to date documents and great amount of information with fantastic landlords. Such a wonderful team! Absolutely great agency!!!! I have to say that everytime I was looking for the agency I always look for few main factors .. friendliness, fast problem solving (if any) not annoying (coming every week for check up ) great value for the money , FAIR approach. I have to say that this agency has it all ... if you looking for agency which is ready to help and take care of you as a tenant and find you the best property on the market for the budget you have- this will be the one . If anything went down in the property they was there very fast to fix it, if there was issue from our side we needed to discuss they offer a quick solutions ... one of the main thing they are FAIR with returning the deposit ,not like others and that's a massive positive especially In London!! I have to say big thank you to Kyle and all team as they were absolutely brilliant for past 7 years we lived there .. definitely recommend and if in the future I will be returning back to London Jorgensen Turner you will have me on your doorstep right away 😅😅 Thanks a lot !

Great experience with Siva, who showed us around a wonderful property in West London. When a few administrative issues appeared during our referencing period, he remained understanding and helpful. Other estate agents might have just thrown in the towel and moved onto other prospective tenants, so we really appreciated his efforts to make sure we could move into the flat we loved. The benefit of dealing with an independent owner driven agency is that the advice given to you is not for the short term because they know that they will be answerable for for it in later years. All the people I have dealt with, Paul in sales, Mikolaj and Siva in letting and Kyle and Adina on the management side have been diligent, knowledgeable and courteous, they all go above and beyond the call of duty to help out. You only find out how good an agency is when things go wrong, JorgensenTurner try and make sure things don’t go wrong but if they do, then they make sure that they solve the problem. This estate agency is unlike the majority of agents in that they actually care about their tenants and go above and beyond to ensure smooth moving processes with attention to detail and professionalism. Their senior property manager Kyle Forrester is particularly excellent, he is available 24 hours a day to deal with any maintenance problems that arise and he always does so in the most efficient and timely manner possible, going out of his way to make things easier for tenants in the process. Jorgensen Turner have been absolutely fantastic! I had serious reservations about renting through an agency, having had unpleasant experiences with other agencies in the past. However, I only have praise about JT. Our agent, Arfan, was extremely accommodating, and he really worked around my time table. I never had to cancel or rearrange anything to meet him, and he was always mindful of what I wanted. Communication was mostly via email, but the response time was almost instantaneous. Finally, I am very pleased with the fact that it always felt like Arfan wanted us (the tenants) to be happy with what we were renting, and wasn't just trying to let the property.

Searching for a flat in London is often a horrible experience and it's mostly because of incompetent agents. That's one of the reasons my husband and I never used them and tried to rent privately, but running out of options (we have a pet which makes the search even more difficult), we contacted multiple agents with an enquiry for a 1 bed flat with very specific requirements. Of course, we've got countless offers nowhere near our price range, location etc. However, Elin from Jorgensen Turner only contacted us when they had a property that completely matched our description. What we really liked is how she treated the current tenants when showing around the property. She was very respectful and considerate which was very encouraging because one day we would be in their shoes. All throughout the process Elin was very efficient, professional but always had a personal touch. She had to go on holiday when we were waiting to hear back from the landlady, but she passed everything on to Natasha who was also very helpful and got back to us as soon as she had a response. The communication has been great throughout and Elin followed up with us multiple times before and after the move. Overall, a great experience!

I walked into shepherds bush branch to be greeted by a friendly member of staff called Sali Tobino, she sat me down and was realistic with my budget and showed me several properties. Even though I was somewhat picky, she stuck with me and found me a lovely flat just round the corner of Shepard's bush station, it was a relief I found Sali as she made my move so much easier than searching alone and professional and quick to reply unlike other agents I've dealt with.
