After several planning rejections from the council i was ready to abandon plans to extending our bungalow and move at great cost so my teen girls could have their own space. I turned to martin for advice (which was free!) and took his offer to submit an appeal as one last attempt. I am still in shock that Martin was successful appealing on not just one but all points of refusal by the local council ! Martin has helped me immensely and saved a fortune in avoiding demolition and reconstruction. When he took up my case, he was certain he would win.
