Á. S. P.I have been living as a tenant since 2010 and in seven different apartments and this has been my best experience with a real estate agency by far. Zan has been extremely helpful during the whole tenancy and there has been no issues at all. We have not been forced to pay any absurd fees at the end of the tenancy and have received all our deposit without any previous discussion (which should be the normal scenario when you behave properly but unfortunately it doesn't happen that much). I would 100% recommend Kaden Properties.

Quick reply (during the whole tenant contract period), bills everything about money address very fast so you feel very secure, every issue or things need to repair/fix tackle fast . We r 4 non-english speakers new in this country and it was really easy to communicate with Zan cause he can always understand what we concern and what we wanna ask. It really makes our life easier!

In particular Zan, the agent I have been interacting with, has been beyond accommodating and available. He even helped me move my belongings to the new apartment!
Furthermore, I found that the photos included in the advert actually mirrored the reality of the apartment.

But then literally 3 days before my arrival, I found Kaden ad on a well-situated property in Camden, quite close to my campus. And in less than an hour I heard back from them, much quicker than my previous experience with other agents. I would especially like to single out Zan, who's been incredibly responsible and helpful in making my move seamless and stress free. The property itself is a good value for money. Only been here for a little more than a week now but so far everything is great. Would definitely recommend Kaden Properties for those who value their time and money.

V. V.Honestly by far the best Landlord I had in a long time. You can’t do better : my bed broke and has been replaced in 24hours while I had nothing to do. My agent (Zan) is so responsive, he always replies within minutes and is very comprehensive. I’m a LGBTQ+ person and I haven’t feel discriminated or not considered. All the process went smooth and I feel very happy to have them as my landlords ! They even make sure that the tenants they pick will get along together in the property and it works !!! This is the experience of a tenant :)
