Unfortunately, the buyer decided to "gazunder" me on the day of exchange, which is not Keaton's fault at all. But Nick and Chris have been fantastic, finding me another cash buyer within 2 days! Let’s be honest, estate agents have a pretty bad reputation thanks to a particular company. But Keatons’ ethos is clearly to defy those stereotypes, and that’s exactly what they do. I recently found an apartment in London through Keatons. Oliver Cruikshank was the agent who helped me. I reached out to the agency through rightmove, and Oliver was very responsive. He was helpful in providing more information about the apartment and accommodating a quick viewing in the evening given that I was in a rush and I worked outside of London. He also helped quickly process my offer and deposit that same night, to help secure the apartment before other offers came in. The process overall was smooth and easy. What I liked the most is that everything was done (even signed) electronically, eliminating the need to print paper or having to make another trip to London just to visit Keatons office to sign paperwork.

It was a real delight dealing with the Keatons teams in Shoreditch and Hackney. Everyone we dealt with from sales to sales progression were great to deal with, super professional, genuine, and really focused on ‘us’. The whole experience was slick. We instructed Keatons for our sale as our purchase was through them and we thought it might help things go more smoothly – and it really did. In particular, Stuart Milburn deserves special mention. He was very proactive and responsive, anticipated our questions, and kept the whole chain together as it went through the inevitable wobbles - a link higher up the chain broke and had to be re-formed but Stuart really helped to calm and keep our buyer in the chain. We don’t think he could have done a better job for us. The sale was also smooth: a great initial consultation with Nick, the manager of the Shoreditch office, with a thoughtful appraisal of the local market; really excellent photos were produced (I don’t think our place ever looked so good); plenty of viewings (with good handovers between Nick, Kane and Chris showing the property and feedback from them to us); a clear strategy for closing on the offer; and a good transition to the sales progression team. We’re really pleased we chose Keatons, and would do so again and happily recommend them to others.
