We have had Kerr&Co manage our rental property for about 4 years now. They are EXCELLENT and our contact Susana Garcia-Diez is the ABSOLUTE BEST. From arranging works, to updating our rental property in line with new laws that are passed, to renewing contracts and finding excellent tenants - they honestly do it all and more. Because they are smaller than your typical property chains, they are much more responsive and customer care is top notch. Plus, they work as a team instead of trying to up one another and it shows. Thank you Susana and Team for making our already busy life less stressful. :)
