Stuart, Olly and Joe gave a great start to end service. Stuart gave the initial valuation back in November 2020 following the death of our cousin. He called at the house and showed alot of empathy and gave us good advice on the marketing post Probate. Although we had 3 other companies giving valuation we were taken by Stuart's empathy and professionalism. So we placed the property on the market for sale in August 2021. Enter Ollie who marketed and oversaw the open house appointments. Again Ollie was reassuring and gave us his honest opinion on the market pricing and the target price. Within a week we had buyer at our target price and the property was sold 12th November on schedule. King's Group really delivered for us. Without a doubt Kings branch in Edmonton have the most superb customer service with it’s clients. This was reflected on they way I was treated during my journey in buying my first property. What a professional team of people that works at Kings Edmonton led by Joe page. I felt totally at ease with Stuart who did the valuation of our property. We cannot praise the guys at Kings highly enough. They are so much more than 5* on many levels. We were selling Bob’s family home which we had spent a lot of time and care refurbishing and it was personal. We didn’t want it sold to a developer and would not have liked to see it rented out. We also knew the price we wanted to achieve. Stuart spent some time listening, talking and getting to know us. He then matched us with the most perfect buyers, a lovely young couple who were first time buyers with a mortgage offer in place, they loved the house and offered the full asking price – all within 3 hours. The whole process has been totally stress free with Joe keeping us informed at every stage. During the process we needed to obtain an EPC certificate and have the gas boiler serviced and certified. Each time, Stuart was able to recommend properly trained trades who carried out the works fast, efficiently and both charged very reasonable rates. Kings know their job, they know what's happening in the market and although they each look after their assigned clients, they work as a team, each knowing at what stage their colleagues’ sales and purchases are at. In fact, our buyers were Ali’s clients who had narrowly missed another house Kings were selling in our road. Stuart was aware of everything that had gone on for them and he knew our house was perfect for them. So, a job very well done Kings, we are delighted with the outcome.

Great estate agent when selling your house. We initially put our house on the market with another estate agent and were greatly disappointed due to the poor effort when advertising and the lack of viewings. This all changed when we signed up with Kings Group Edmonton. You could see their effort to sell our house from day one. From professional pictures (you did a fantastic job Joe and Kieran), detailed description and floorplans to a constant number of viewings (again Kieran you worked so hard). Finally we found a buyer for our house and Kings Group continued to help. From little things such as scanning and emailing my legal documents to my solicitor when my scanner wasn't working, to bigger things such as preventing my sale from falling through not once but twice. Charlie worked really hard to keep our sale alive as unfortunately our buying and selling process was like a roller-coaster from hell. From problems within the chain, to people pulling out of the chain to the whole chain collapsing . Stress was not even a word that could describe what we went through.
