Just recently completed the sale of my house, which initially had a couple of major issues, one of which was the first sale falling through.... However, all was not lost with Imran Hussain at Kings Mare St, our excellent sales negotiator and dare I say project manager. Imran, kept both buyer and seller informed and working together to get the deal done and to make the 30 June stamp duty deadline (for the buyer) a reality, failing which yet another sale may well have fallen through! First class experience. I cannot fault the service that I experienced from Kings group and from Jack and the team. They were the most professional of all of the firms by far during selection. Viewings were dealt with in an efficient manner with alerts each time a viewing was booked and courtesy calls. On completion day, they even stayed with the buyer and managed a very awkward situation where the door broke and wouldn’t open for the new buyers! So they stayed there with the locksmith and managed the locksmith and the new buyers in such a professional way. Would have no hesitation in recommending them

I used kings group to help me sell a property. From the start these guys have been excellent. Dealt with Jack and Imran. Communication was excellent from the start. Property was sold stc within 4 weeks and I couldn't believe it. They delivered on every promise that they made. I had direct contact with them and could ask any questions. We have been so impressed by Kings Group Hackney. They have helped us sell our flat and buy our house. We believe we got a good price for the sale of our flat and we had offers only a few weeks into viewings. Our Sales Negotiator Terry Hartley has been amazing. He has always been at the end of the phone when we needed him and has helped liaise between everyone. As everyone knows, buying a house is really stressful but Terry has been cool and calm when we needed him to be! Jack Shorten, the Sales Manager has also been fantastic. Viewing and buying during the COVID-era was made straightforward and personal by Kings Group Hackney and our guardian agent, Imran Hussein. As first-time buyers, we stumbled into a bidding race without a mortgage already set up... BAD DECISION! But Imran, recognising our keenness, and in the face of vendors, agents and solicitors calling for our heads, really did everything in his powers to steady the ship. I’m pretty sure he helped the vendors get what they also needed out of the sale too; so overall, a great result for everyone and Imran, A+ for brinkmanship!
