I lived in a property managed by Kingsdown for nearly 3 years and received great service from start to finish. The loyalty and relationship between myself and Kingsdown was very positive, I’d highly recommend reaching out to this agency if in need of a room to rent in London. The property is in a great location, close to 3 tube stations and walking distance to a shopping centre, and I am sure other properties managed by Kingsdown have good transport/amenities near by.

Kingsdown are professional, easy to communicate with, friendly, approachable and very understanding and helpful. I have had the best time having Kingsdown as a letting agency, and will actually miss the hassle free service very much!

Of the rooms I viewed to rent in the area the property managed by Kingsdown was easily the best. I had a large room for a decent price (I do have to say the room was the most expensive I viewed but I didn't mind as bills included and a cleaner visited the property once a week, so a competitive set up for London living). As a ground floor room facing the street I was concerned about the security of the room and asked for window restrictors to be fitted, this was done swiftly and I only had to ask once. Any other issues reported in the property were resolved really quickly and without complication and the property was maintained to a great standard. It was really helpful to be able to sign in for a 6 month contract, as this gave me flexibility with regard to the pandemic, it was also nice not to have to sign on for a year but know the option was there. I asked to leave my contract early due to a change in work set up and the Kingsdown team made clear to me how I could go about this and didn't treat me any differently due to my decision (as I have had other landlords so). I am sad to have left the property but will reach out to Kingsdown for accomodation should I be able to return to London in the future.

Kingsdown have been looking after my property since 2019 and they've been fantastic throughout the whole process. Regular inspections are done and it's actually in better condition now than when they took possession. The rent is always paid promptly and they communicate brilliantly with me in regards to any maintenance issues. I won't hesitate to give them my other properties as and when they become available. Highly recommend using their service if you want to avoid paying high letting agent fees and have a hassle free service!

The flat I stayed in was of a very high quality with excellent brand new facilities throughout. Kingsdown were always happy to help with issued and David in particular has been very helpful. If you ate looking cod a good letting agent in London choose kingsdown.

You get what you pay for - the rooms are alright in size. They have weekly cleaning at communal areas which has done a very good job. Their place at Chiswick has free parking available. I had a good 7 months in the room. Just make sure you clean your room to spotless or they will charge you for bits and pieces here and there.

Mark and the team at Kingsdown residential have managed my moving process quite well. They have been quick and efficient at responding to emails. But at times took a long time to do minor repairs especially cosmetic ones. When I moved out after 9 months there was still a repair that had not been done in the bathroom since I moved in. Overall my experience with Kingsdown was okay.

I really appreciate the boutique personal service with all departments in one building and Mark is my key point of contact throughout my tenancy. I have been living in a Kingsdown property for 9 months or so now, and have been nothing but impressed with the entire Kingsdown Residential experience. There's a few things that really set Kingsdown apart: the properties are all hand picked and maintained to an extremely meticulous standard and filled with like minded people, the Kingsdown team are extraordinarily friendly and responsive - any issues we have had have been dealt with quickly and effortlessly and the sheer convenience and ease of the experience: we have had no surprise bills, and the cleaning service provided is reliable and very much appreciated! I would wholeheartedly recommend Kingsdown to anybody on the lookout for a high quality room rental in London. EDIT - After 2.5 years, I moved out of my Kingsdown room. Throughout the 2.5 years Kingsdown was approachable, flexible and showed genuine interest in making things right when anything cropped up; and they made moving out as hassle free as moving in. I have nothing but good feedback for Kingsdown and would strongly recommend them to young professionals in London, especially those who are new to the city.
