He was proactive, professional and efficient with excellent communication throughout our conveyancing (sale) process. Ross was helpful rather than a hindrance and he not only orchestrated a sale for us but saw it through diligently and properly from viewing to completion. KFH as an agency were disappointing and their work product underwhelming in every way. As a first time renter and not quite sure how the system worked, Kerim and his colleague Piers were truly wonderful. They patiently talked through with me what would work and what was beyond our means, but even made me feel that they want to help in any way they could. Afterwards, however, our manager Daniel Friemann was "on holidays" every single time we tried to reach him - I wish I was lucky enough to have as many days off as he does! We emailed and called them multiple times and guess where our manager is? Yep, on holidays. And obviously no one can help us apart from him...
