She was very friendly and personable, helped me during the first days of settling in the flat (for example when I did not know how to set up the boiler). I have recently purchased a property via KFH Highate. I am delighted with the service received, Matt was basically on the call with me every day/every second day and if not in, his collegues stepped in. I completed the purchase in 3 months which would have been in 2months if not for things beyond anybody's control really. As for the Covid times, this is quite an achivement ( I was parallely selling a property with differnt estate agent and the experience was poor).

He sorted out details he could have left to us and helped us manage the awful panel solicitor. As a first time buyer I was (and still am) very green to the ins and outs of buying a property. I had met a number of agents and viewed a number of flats prior to meeting Mark and I can honestly say that the service Mark provided was above and beyond what I had experienced previously. Mark was insightful, extremely helpful and was willing to take the time to try and understand the type of property that I was looking for. He was patient when I wanted to return for multiple visits to a single property and gave me excellent advice along the way to help give me clarity in terms of my next move. When I did find the property that I ended up buying, Mark was never pushy in terms of offers etc. Just the opposite in fact.
