I can't THANK YOU ENOUGH both ANYA and DOMINIC, they NEVER give UP finding the solution even other big estate agent tried to disturb the middle of our contract, they never let me (client) down, just trying to help us until the end. ANYA is really amazing, smiling and such a nice warm heart person she is so helpful to offer even our suitcase to carry !!! She has been working from the morning to evening to find the way to get through such a hard time very less property on the market this time due to COVID. Dominic has been trying to find the solution to negotiate with Landlord, Homlet and engaged the client needs. Also other staffs have tried to help my case like EDWARD, such a friend and professional Estate Agents I have ever experienced for 15 years in London. I am genuinely grateful for the way Isabella Blyth conducted and guided me through the purchase of my home. It overcome any expectations I could have had. I am really impressed with the work of KFH and especially Salvatore Raia. KFH managed to sell my flat in a difficult market and they did that quickly and professionally. I worked with 2 other agencies before and was quite disappointed. Salvatore and his team really cared about my requirements and about my tenants. They were respectful and responsive and ensured that only reliable buyers visited the flat. Salvatore was also brilliant during the negotiation and execution phase with the buyer. Great job throughout the process!

KFH is by far the best letting agency that we have been in touch with. Both Eduard and Will were very professional and friendly from the first phone call onwards. I haven’t rented a place with KFH but Eduard has been one of the best agents I’ve deal with during my 5 years in London. He has been trying to find me a flat for 2 months and even though I found it with another agency he has always been following up, attentive and nice. Ask for him if you can!

I purchased a property in March 2021 amidst the pandemic. Most property firms I had dealt with at the time were extremely unprofessional and blamed all and every unfortunate circumstance on COVID. Not the case with KFH Holland Park, as a first purchase I was nervous and unsure at nearly every step of the way. They found great tenants and, when my tenant had to unexpectedly return to the US and break the tenancy, were quick to find another. Overall: OUTSTANDING. I engaged KFH to sell a property in the Holland Park area on behalf of another individual, and dealt with Freddie who, really, throughout has gone well above and beyond what might be expected in terms of marketing and selling the property. To explain, I do not live close and the property required completely emptying, and various other aspects along the way. Amongst other things, Freddie assisted in that process by providing contacts, opening the property up to let both maintenance and other people in at my request, together with checking that certain work had been completed. In relation to the sale itself, he was diligent and in a relatively short 6 week period, the property had over 40 viewings, and 5 offers. He was in constant contact, updating and advising me appropriately and helping in pushing the sale through. Most importantly, he "owned" the whole process (not just the sale), making it his "own" rather than it seeming to be a long list of people who were mildly involved in multiple sales for a variety of home owners. Engaging, very friendly and communicate, Freddie has provided first class, sterling service throughout - thank you!! I have been seriously impressed!!

I rented a flat through KFH last May Thee service was good, and Amera, who I dealt with, was very professional and could not have been more polite or helpful. However, I will not be using KFH again unless they employ a different referencing service. HomeLet, who provide this service for KFH, are the worst and most unhelpful company I have ever dealt with in my life, and the way they treated me was abominable, petty, and totally unnecessary. I will never forget it, and I am still upset about it. My advice would be not to rent a property through KFH if they are still using HomeLet.
