I just wanted to say how amazing Tate from the Lee office was! Though I didn’t end up buying through her as I found my dream home elsewhere I just wanted to give her the recognition she deserves! She’s the only agent (and I’ve dealt with a lot over the last few months!) who actually took a genuine interest in my needs and wants. She showed my partner and I a few properties and I can honestly say she made the viewing experience so enjoyable! She’s friendly, honest and genuine unlike most pushy agents and I cannot recommend her enough! If you’re looking to buy in Lee, call Tate! Albert L There are estate agents and there is KFH Lee estate agents. From my initial call to Elliot (the branch director) I was given excellent guidance and advice to market my property. I met the team of Elliot, Jade and Edmund, and what a team. Great communication, very friendly, professional and always on hand to help and put my mind at ease. We moved to KFH from another estate agent and it has been peaceful bliss since Elliot took over for us! The processes seem to be meticulous and we are reminded of every stage with lots of notice. It has completely taken any pressure and stress away from me (a mum and running my own business). Elliot is so friendly and professional. He recently oversaw the advertisement of our property and around 30-40 viewings. We had several offers and some a significant amount above the asking price (which was at the top end anyway). He sent us detailed bios of all of the prospective tenants for us to select. The existing tenants then changed their minds and wanted to stay. Because they were such good tenants we allowed them to do this. Subsequently we ended up with a significant rent increase, kept our existing tenants, didn’t have the hassle of having to come up to London to do inventories etc AND KFH didn’t charge us anything at all for all their hard work. Thank you so much, we really appreciate it and it hasn’t gone unrewarded; we are delighted with our outcome and your professional and honest manner.

Amazing estate agents, would highly recommend using them. Very friendly and helpful staff.
