KFH London Bridge have really been incredible. I have rented out a property in SE1 for 8 years, and have now sold the property with them. KFH found me renters at high rental prices within weeks (they stayed the whole 8 years with no problems), and buyers ready to purchase at an excellent price within days. The team at KFH have always been available, kind, courteous, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Staff seem to stay a long time so you have an opportunity to build up a proper relationship with the team there, and they really work well together as one, not just in rentals and sales but also between the two departments. In a climate of flagging solicitors (on both sides) he relentlessly chased everyone on my behalf and always had his finger on the pulse of what was happening. The reason why they get 4 stars and not 5 is because a few mistakes were made in the agreements (Tenancy Agreement & Direct Debit) and we had to flag it to them. the irregularities were fixed quickly and professionally. Also a few minor delays on appointments due to a lack of communication which can be forgivable when you acknowledge that you are in Central London and that EVERYONE is busy and late. I believe our situation is a great reminder to all tenants that you MUST read your documents before signing them, you can never be too careful. We all know that these are painful to read but do yourself a favor and flag ANYTHING that you find suspicious before signing (especially if you have special clauses agreed with your Landlord). Anyway, great experience despite a few stressful moments, and I recommend KFH for anyone who is looking for a nice property in SE1! Thank you!
