Having completed my house sale with KFH, it turned out that I bought my new house through them too. The service has been fantastic. Liam was great when doing viewings for my house and was just as good when it came to buying the new house. When he conducted viewings for my house he relayed historical information to the prospective buyers that I had only mentioned to him in passing. His attention was quite remarkable. He has always given me honest feedback. He recommended solicitors and surveyors that KFH use. I was a bit worried about putting all of my eggs in one basket but I opted to trust Liam's advice and he proved to be correct. The purchase was much smoother as a result of his direction.. Our dreams came through with the help of KSH Agent. Richard Bueno did not give up to find us a lovely house although we were hopeless with the high prices in our area. We visited lots of property with him and he has never lost his patience with us. He tried very hard and finally agreed to buy our first property. Without him, this would never happen. Once the agreement was reached, we were introduced to a top mortgage advisor. Med Moroglu was the guy to work with , he went through all documents to get our financial details, he had a large lender options to get mortgage offer but he always thought the best for us and selected the best rate best lender who would give us mortgage offer. There was one issue with one of the lender as the lender missed one of the requisites and it came out later during underwriting stage but Med reacted quickly, pull out our application and found out another good rate with another lender, what a professional and solution minded person, well done to him. Now, we are waiting completion date to move our lovely house. Many thanks for all help and assistance for Richard and Med. Everything is possible with them. I strongly advise to get their service if you ever want to sell or buy a property, Thanks.
