Thank you to Elliott, Abida and Rebecca at KFH West Hampstead for your services in securing tenants so swiftly for my flat, especially given the current market conditions as a result of the pandemic. I was particularly pleased not to suffer a void period. I found Elliott to have a very professional and gentlemanly manner and he was very prompt at getting back to me and dealing with my queries. The only constructive points of improvement I would note are: 1. For the KFH T&Cs to be updated so that the pages that make reference to commission rates are all consistent; and 2. I found the tenants’ referencing not to be as useful as I expected. The apportionment of rent between the two tenants to ensure affordability was arbitrary and not helpful to a Landlord as was the guarantors reference checks. One guarantor was on a zero hours contract but was still noted as an appropriate guarantor by the referencing company. Overall a really positive experience with KFH staff. I would recommend their services.

Fast forward 18 years and I have just sold the same flat and they were equally fantastic. It was a long arduous process needing a reassuring hand, expert guidance and sometimes a shoulder to cry on which Chloe provide admiralty across the whole period. I have been to a lot of estate agents. I walked in to KFH WESTHAMPSTEAD and was greeted by a guy called Reece. He looked very smart and came at us with a very big smile. He wasn't pushy like other estate agents we've been to. Listened to every word we said and took it into account. He found us a lovely flat and agreed to go and view it. Again very polite when we walked in as he spoke to the then current tenant. Made sure she felt comfortable and then asked us politely to come in.
