I highly recommend KMIAI Properties, I just moved to london from France for work, and my realtor agent put me in contact with Adreas who is managing the apartment where I moved in Since the beginning, Adreas was very friendly, and reactive. He helped me with the details and arranged every detail for when I arrived at the apartment, I had all set. At the beginning he was kind enough to send me all the information and pictures I needed to pack and prepare my arrival. He also managed directly with my assistant all contracts for the utilities. During the pandemic, one of my flats became empty. After months struggling with established estate agents F0xt0ns and Portic0 and getting no visit or interest, I switched to KMIAI to rent and manage the property. Result: the flat was rented in no time to young professionals sharing and they are still around 1 year later, with no fuss. KMIAI letting fees are also much lower, there is no "smallprint" and Andrea is very reactive. I wish I had done it much earlier. Highly recommended.
