I am looking for a g flat to rent. I contacted Knight Frank and they were so kindly and immediately available. I was lucky enough to meet Ollie. He was professional, kind and super smart. He explained every detail of the flat perfectly. He also quickly understood my needs and offered me different flats that corresponded exactly to what I was looking for. It is really a pleasure to deal with such an agent. No time is wasted and go straight to the point by hitting the goal. Congratulations Ollie.you are the best!

I don't usually review. But, this review is worth it. I am from abroad, and not familiar with London leasing system. I went to many Rent offices, but Knight Frank (Belgravia) was the best and an employee named Bethan Glenister was extremely helpful! I am... very... picky when it comes to renting for longterm (it took me over 1 month just looking at different flats) . But, Beth made my life super easy. 1)She always responded on time, 2) knew the exact minor details such as (having ac- which is not usually advertised for), 3)was always on time for viewing 4) knew the exact car parking space size! And other details. 5) Bottom line: professional service from Beth and Knight Frank Co; I finally rented a property.

I believe that Hattie is invaluable to Knight Frank simply because her association with the agency not only brings in new business but helps to ensure that existing tenants never leave. There's quite a great deal to say about Hattie in terms of how competent, efficient, trustworthy she is. She has high standards and has demonstrated utmost integrity in all her dealings with me and has managed to change the negative perception of estate agents that some may have. I may not have stayed with Knight Frank were it not for her (I am now renting my second property also through Knight Frank).
