My experience with Knight Frank Islington and Daniel Fairbairn was great. Daniel was assisting me with viewings and was pleasant to deal with - punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. Him and his colleague Lucy Ioannou kept me well informed during the process of finalising paperwork for my move and were very patient in answering questions and providing guidance. Daniel also proactively reached out after the lettings process was complete to ask if all was good. I feel the team genuinely care about tenants too, unlike most letting agencies who only care about the landlord’s interests. It’s been a month at the new place and the property management team led by Romain have been helpful and responsive about repairs and maintenance.
