I dealt with Hannah Reason whilst searching for a new apartment to move into, she was very professional and very friendly. She answered all of our questions in detail, and provided really valuable insight. It was a pleasure to work with Kim Williamson and Knight Frank in the lead up to exchange on our property. Kim was very responsive and proactive on our behalf, diligently working to liaise between both the Seller's and our solicitors and always keeping us updated with what was going on. There were several complications that arose due to communication issues between the solicitors and delays on the part of the managing agents, resulting in a high level of stress for all parties involved. Kim conscientiously followed up with all of the parties and devised a work-around solution to ensure that we could exchange on time. Our overall experience with Knight Frank has been very positive and we would be happy to recommend both Kim and Knight Frank to our friends.
