Recently bought a house in Tottenham Hale and worked with Mohammed Bashar throughout the whole process. It took us about 8 months to complete on the property but Mohammed was very supportive, honest, open and professional throughout the entire process and made it as easy and stress free for us as possible. He always had our best interest at heart and gave us very good advice throughout the purchase and kept us up to date with everything that was going on. We couldn’t be happier with our property and would 100% recommend Knights Residential, and Mohammed in particular, if you’re looking to buy or sell your property in the Tottenham Hale area. Should we need an agency in the future, we’ll definitely be going back to Knights! Thank you, Mohammed :))

I used Knights N17 to sell my first house after using GetAgent.co.uk to compare data from a short list of the best agents in the area. I chose to meet with 2 agents from the list & ended up going with knights I cant compare knights to other agents, becasue this is the first time I have ever used a real estate agent, but I am very pleased with the service I have received. Competive commission, & Mohamed has been very professional & couteous, with excellent communication & very pro-active, & prompt to keep me informed of progress & answer any questions. While initially a little disappointed with the valuation, I would rather be told a realistic valuation that I could realistically sell the house for in 2-3 weeks. So, taking into account the effect Brexit & Covid has had on house prices, I trusted his expertise & accepted his valuation. After several initial low offers, I accepted an offer 2 weeks after listing, for 98% of the asking price. Considering the uncertainties with Brexit, Covid & it also being mid-December, I was pretty pleased with this result. As a first time seller, I was completely clueless about the process & legalities of selling a house, & it all seemed rather daunting. However Mohamed took the extra time to guide me through things & make the process as easy & painless as possible. I rented with them for two years between 2014-2016. Best letting agents I've ever come across. Tony, our then letting agent was amazing, always on top of any issues in the flat, always keen to help. Their fees were very low and reasonable- I wish all agents charged the same rather than the heap of money I've paid other agencies.
