Jean-Claude at Lauristons advised he had a property he was seeing on Monday that he thought would be ideal for us. We viewed it on Monday afternoon and will move in by the end of November.

R. C.Lauristons have been a pleasure to work with during the sale of our house. As buyers and sellers I am certain that we feel slightly sceptic when dealing with agents. Our choice of dealing with Lauristons started when we wished a value on our house over a year ago - Michael B dutifully completed this and then understood we weren't looking to sell and said 'no troubles, you get in contact when you are ready'.....well the sceptic in me was certainly there. To my hope he did fulfill - HE DIDN'T RING!! It was that aspect that made me value his approach, during the sale he has remained that man of his word and this is reflected in the wider team. Myah was the successful colleague that secured us an interested buyer (which has recently exchanged - in 8 weeks!!) and she has continued that professionalism (I word that I sparingly use, but confidently utilise here) with enough updates to make us informed and with enough grace to create space for us to follow up with questions.
We bought the property off Lauristons in 2008 and found the experience 'as expected'/'good', appreciate that we are at the selling side this time, but Lauristons have proven great, strongly recommend.
Like all had invited another agent to view, after we had informed them that we had made our final decision and that we would not change this other company continued to ring and, frankly pester. After this I had the confidence to know we went with the right choice!

Addedendum on 7 December: Following the sale proceeds Myah kept up the little tasks that others could forget and forwarded a couple of pieces of mail along!
In addition, wouldn't normally put a combined company review in one, but other agent was Brinkley's - they seem to have not considered my feedback review on their website and as you can see on their reviews have now either removed all reviews or started a new account. Interesting how they operate (were landlords through them for a while), compared to our excellent experience with Lauristons!
