P. L.So pleased we chose Lebern to help with the eviction of a tenant that decided to stop paying his rent prior to the Covid outbreak. Communication was excellent, from the start to finish, which resulted in a successful court eviction and money order. Lebern were contactable by email or phone, responded quickly and helped guide us through the procedures, court documents and submitted forms at the correct time. We will now use their services to arrange court bailiffs as our tenant did not vacate the property as instructed by the court order. Would definitely use again but in a nice way I really hope we don’t need to but we will definitely recommend them to others in a similar situation to us.
