The best home agency in London! I've been with Legends for about 1 year and half. They are amazing and super fast. Tommy always answer to my message at any time! They resolve any issues inside the house quickly. During my time with them, the washing machine of the apartment got broken and they bought a new one in less than 2 days! Never happened before with the other agency. Unfortunately I must left them because I moved in another area but I recommended them to everyone.

One of the worst experience in London so far. First of all the house was dirty and not ready for the staying and also waited long time for some maintenance. I had to wait for my deposit and in the end I had to send an email for my money even if I followed all the procedure which was explained in my contract. Awful experience and I wouldn’t’ recommend this agency to anyone. I have to mentioned Edoardo is been the only one who looked after me and he was really helpful and polite.

Great agency! My agent Tommaso was incredibly helpful (a friendly and professional guy) helped me quickly find the apartment I needed at an honest price. I've rent for one year with Legends, they always tried to do their best to find me the right place at the right time. You can have good communication with them. Super straightforward, quick replies and easy to use. Legends has options with gret value and low prices (Good manteinance and good cleaning) especially now they have offers to help you to move in the right place, as they did with me. Now I'm leaving the country. When I'll be back, I'll get in touch with Legends again.

I am really happy with the service I received. Enrika, one of the agents, helped me find a room satisfying all my needs and managed to arrange a viewing on the same day. I think that this agency is very good. The employees are helpful, nice, kind. They try to satisfy the costumer in every way and if there is a little problem they are ready to solve it quickly. The houses are big, clean, comfortable. We were six people and we accomodated in an amazing flat with all the comfort and the prices are fair. After 6 months living in a property with Legends as my estate agent and landlord, a mere thank you is not enough. The members of Legends are a very warm, friendly and welcoming bunch of people. Their office feels more like visiting a friend's home than it did an office of business, whereas in other estate agents I've often felt like an intruder and just the business of the one person I dealt with. I was in a stressful position of needing to find a place to live in London very fast, and because of their flexible approach I found somewhere that was suitable for me needs, location and my budget. Time is not an issue for Legends, as they really took their time to ensure I found somewhere that i would feel comfortable. In addition they made sure all of the contractual agreements and legalities were well discussed and understood before the commitment was made. In time of emergency and problems, Legends were always easily accessible to work together and fix any issues. They also have flexible policies so that if there are problems unfixable, you do not have to worry you are stuck in an unsuitable property. I would like to say a particular thank you to Tommaso, he is very professional, accommodating and friendly. It is very obvious when a team has a competent manager like him! Thank you Legends!

From the first day my girlfriend and I arrived he and the whole team were great people they helped us with everything and they were so much more than friendly.
