My experience with Drew from the agency was superb! She was on time for the showing, showed me around the building and it’s features, the apartment and was very personable. Very professional and to the point about the formalities and explaining the renting process to a first time renter like myself.

Initially had a very negative experience after moving into our flat in August. The flat was in a pretty bad state and hadn't been cleaned for some time when we moved in. I had raised all issues almost immediately but after months of chasing had heard nothing back and we were completely dismayed by the treatment we had received. Foruntaely after around 5 months, we were assigned a new property manager Gabriele Pliaugaite who immediately sorted out these issues for us and has been very responsive since. We are very grateful for Gabriele and she truly has turned round the reputation for the whole company in our eyes.

The overall experience was a good one. Stephen and Elle should get 5 stars but because I'm still waiting for a second pair of keys and fob after 1 month of moving in or an answer to my email & text it has to be 3 stars.

We viewed an apartment in Spitalfields with Drew. She was patient (we were running 10 mins behind schedule), very conversational, and probably the most pleasant agent we've come across. She was very open about the landlord's expectations - we found that we could have a frank conversation with her about our needs and about the offer we could put down. While we didn't close on that apartment, we would love to work with Drew again.

Rented an apartment through LIFE residential. The process actually wasn't straightforward (due to the third party referencing system which threatened to delay our move date) but Mariya and Stephen at LIFE were very responsive and professional in helping to resolve all of our issues and managed to make the move happen on schedule.

The move-in process was smooth, hassle-free and completed on the day that I required it. I couldnt really ask for much more. Having dealt with a number of rogue estate agents over the years, Stephen was excellent from start to finish. He made himself available at very short notice upon our first conversation to view the property and this exceptional attitude to customer service continued throughout. My only feedback to Life generally, not this office specifically, would be that you could streamline your processes even more which I believe would make your customer journey even better (e.g. providing a one page process flow showing the customer a standard customer journey and key points of action that you require and when, from point of offer to the moving in day, when they view a property/make an offer. This would save calls to agents asking for clarification on menial things - Stephen dealt with my questions brilliantly and promptly but he shouldn't need to be doing this).

I have used Life residential for my rental and the service provided is excellent. Clients are found within days and the entire communication process is very professional and excellent. Alot of other estate agents can learn from them!! Sergi (my property manager) in particular is very professional, excellent in his role and extremely efficient. Aleksandra Chamera has been my property manager since December 2019 when I started as tenant in carlow house in NW1 london. It has been an exceptional property manager and this is due to many reasons: a. I had an issue with my oven since it was not working and Aleksandra took in her hands in an organised and professional manner the whole issue. She arranged the technician initially to come , then she followed him and finally I have my oven fixed and it works perfect now. That means very effective and communicative property manager to me. b. Anytime I have been sending an email in regards to admin things or any question to how i will register to my electricity or council tax, she has been very helpful straight away. Replies were generally within 24 hours and always i had an answer and even a phone call. That means so much for me especially these days that we all want a professional efficient service, d. she has also been very approachable and very communicative. she gave me the opportunities to be able to call even if i need something and she was always attentive. I have been with life residential not only now as a tenant but also before from june 2017 to june 2019 and I have to admit that Aleksandra so far been the most effective and attentive. I would like this to continue the same way in future as it gives me peace of mind, less stress and better quality for my life. thank you aleksandra. kind regards, Alexandros

EXCELLENT experience. I was dealing with Martin Krasowski who is very knowledgeable and experienced. He was able to answer all the questions and queries straight away. I placed my offer. He followed up every move closely with both parties and coordinated extremely well. After my offer was accepted Abrar Omran took over the responsibility to progress the sale. Abrar is again very professional, always available to take my calls , was coordinating with the solicitors and myself throughout. It made me feel my case was in safe hands. I finally completed. Pleasant and easy experience, from arranging the viewing to picking up keys. Helpful staff and a super straightforward digital platform for referencing and contract signing. Probably the smoothest rental process I've had.

Great service from Mo and Taylor in terms of letting but terrible service from the property management. They never respond to emails and never answer the phones. Back in June we were told the front door needed replacing and it’s now mid August and I still have a dodgy front door.
