I bought my first flat through this agency and was pleased with the help I received from Donny. He was always communicative, punctual, fought in my corner and responded to all my (likely irritating) questions. On moving in day, I saw Donny again after letting me in in the morning and he even helped me bring in some cumbersome materials - he certainly didn't have to and he was very happy to do so! Estate agencies can be, and often are, cowboys; my experience was really positive with Lifestyle and I do indeed recommend them.

The sub-letting process was overseen with great efficiency and customer focus - from the initial viewing of the property through to referencing, document signature and oversight of a hassle free move - all achieved seamlessly in a matter of weeks. Over the first six month of the rental period the agency has provided first class maintenance support, which has been delivered in an extremely polite, helpful , responsive and timely manner. No problem is too much for them and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Sam was a fantastic property manager whilst we were tenants, incredibly helpful and responsive to any queries we had. Any issues we had were resolved in a prompt manner.

I used Lifestyle o buy a flat in Walthamstow. They were great, met me whenever I wanted, always answered the phone, told me what was going on, let me visit at unusual hours, had a friendly cheap solicitor to deal with the transactions and even passed on recommendations from other flat owners in the block about which broadband supplier to use. I'd recommend them thoroughly.
