Linus is an excellent estate agent. He has fantastic knowledge about the market in general and knows how best to market a property. He organised excellent quality photos a packed viewings day and helped negotiate the best outcome. Our sale was by no means straight forward but Linus was always on hand to talk things through and offer expert advice. We have no qualms recommending Linus, we know a lot of friends in the Eat London area who have also used him and regard him highly. Linus - everything he touches turns to sold!

I cannot recommend Linus Jackson Property Agent highly enough. If it weren’t for Linus’ knowledge, expertise, dedication and skill then there is no way I would have managed to buy my property. Where does one even start with this review! Linus is a true professional and provides a first class service - cannot recommend enough. From the beginning of the process when he came to do my survey, he achieved £30k more for the property than the lowest survey price and clearly knew the area and had done his research (ex manager of local estate agent, and when I mentioned his name to the competitor, they flat out said "we are not Linus, and won't offer you the same service; he used to be a manager across the road and can provide the time that we can't"). Linus is a voice of calm and reason, who goes the extra mile to get his client the best possible result. Could not have asked for better, and truly grateful as he no doubt saved me serious stress and anxiety!

It’s not often that you hear the words down-to-earth and estate agent in the same breath, but that’s what makes Linus such a great find. Linus was the sole agent in the sale of our four-bed house in Finchley, and was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. With most estate agents, especially in London, you get the feeling that you’re pretty low down on their list of priorities. All they really want to do is get you off their books as quickly as possible, so they can move on to the next sale. You never really know who you or your buyers are going to be dealing with, and the level of service you get is often poor. With Linus it’s a completely different experience. You deal with him and only him. He shows all your buyers around, and he’s always on the end of the phone if you or the people trying to buy your house need to speak to him. He gets to know the ins and outs of your house in detail, which means he’s perfectly placed to sell it. Plus he’s friendly, approachable and – a real rarity – has integrity and belief in doing things the right way! We couldn’t have been happier with the way he handled our sale. He helped us achieve the price we wanted and was a constant source of advice and reassurance throughout the process, helping us to navigate tricky negotiations and iron out pernickety solicitor queries. Plus, when our initial sale fell through due to the chain collapsing, Linus went straight back over old contacts and got us a new buyer within days. Overall, I can’t recommend Linus enough to anyone who is looking to sell their property and is looking to deal with someone who offers a level of service that the vast majority of high street agents simply can’t
