o. j.Lionsgate prperty management is great. Some of the sockets didn’t work last night. Ken is very hard-working. He replied my message quickly after their working time, and he is very responsible and experienced. He helped me solve this issue remotely. It is a pleasant experience!

I'm embarrassed to say that I even once woke her up early in the morning at 8am to report an emergency broken lock. Not only did she not get annoyed with my too-early incessant ringing, she attended to the problem immediately and got the issue resolved within the hour! Really impressed with her work ethic, diligence and dedication to her clients!

A.I rented with them for 2 years and it was a positive experience. There were a lot of move-in issues caused by the previous tenant but the property management team (Ken, Andy, Lynn, and Joyce) were all very helpful and worked quickly to resolve the issues (i.e., replaced a dirty bed and broken chairs, ensured I was satisfied with the cleaning, etc.). The only minor improvement point would be for them to speed up their email response times, but I did find that calling them was often more efficient, and all in all, their team did a great job. I also found the move-out process to be smooth and my deposit was returned in a timely manner.
