Litchfields were always pleasant to deal with , prepared to take on a property needing modernisation after 49 years of occupation. Charles Bobaroff gave helpful advice during preparation for the sale and support during set backs both to me as seller and the eventual purchasers . The fact that the sale completed within 3 months of going on the open market during the Covid epidemic is I think a recommendation in itself.

Charles Bobroff was our agent in selling our house in 3Q20. Charles was professional, very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. In the beginning he showed round multiple prospective purchasers and we made ourselves scarce whilst he was showing the house. What should've been a seamlessly easy chain, turned out to be an extremely difficult, protracted and stressful transaction. This is where the skill, expertise and steady-character of Charles really came to the fore. The chain could have broken down at any time and Charles was able to hold everything together.
