h. z.My experience with the the property i was let is not the same as my experience with the operatives that represent London Property Guru. We realised that the property was not fit to be lived in after a month living there however the issue of being contractually bound to a sinking ship was swiftly resolved and we unwound our tenancy without incident. Months down the line i accidentally transferred a large amount of cash to LPG by mistake which was both embarrassing and worrying for myself. However, this situation was handled professionally, amicably and swiftly by Mithu who managed to remedy the situation. Despite in the past, the property not being all that, people like Mithu are what make London Property Guru worth recommending to family and friends for their professionalism, care and patience. LPG made the whole process so easy and stress free. Malina and Mithu were readily available via email and whats app. Brilliant service. Transparent. Professional. And I LOVE my new apartment - an apartment I moved into without ever viewing it in person! They made me feel very comfortable and instantly settled.
