London Relocation was amazing with my international move. They met with me on many occasions to help build a profile of the the area and flat I was looking for. They found properties based on my preferences and scheduled a day where I viewed 17 properties! Additionally they met me at move-in and also assisted with setup of my utilities. I had such a good experience with London Relocation this fall, when I moved to London for a job, having spent no time in the UK. Sascha and Stephie took the time to get to know me, my lifestyle, and my priorities and found incredibly high quality apartments in response. Where do I start?? My husband and I rather quickly decided over breakfast one day to sell our home and move to London. Our move was from San Francisco. How do you begin such a task? Well, while looking for apartments this little add for London Relocation popped up and I instantly emailed them. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Sascha Pendigast. We had a lengthy chat and I was sold! The only way to go. She was friendly, professional and above all informative. Over the next couple of months I contacted her numerous times with questions/concerns (mind you we hadn't signed any contract or paid any money) and she always, within minutes, responded. A week before our move she called and asked us a zillion questions regarding what would be our ideal home. From this info she and her team put together a listing of places to visit once we arrived. Our biggest challenge was finding a place that would accept our kitty. When the day arrived we were picked up..in a lovely Mercedes I might add...and driven to nine properties..we found our new home!!! This NEVER could have been achieved without London Relocation. There was lots of negotiations to be done and once again Sascha was a champ...trust me, I'm not easy and can be quite stubborn but Sascha continuously walked me through each step explaining why and how things are handled in London. Never once did they drop the ball during this arduous task. I can't thank them enough..and to think it all started with one of those annoying pop-up adds on the internet! Highly, highly recommend!!

Amazing end-to-end relocation service We began our relocation in November 2019 shortly after my wife and I decided to relocate from Seattle to London. London Relocation had very positive reviews all-around and we have a very good first impression. The team was there to help from the initial intake until well-after we moved into our home. The company has a defined process with in-depth housing requirements to ensure they find the right homes, neighborhood and school district that would suit us the best. They searched and brought back a large (25-35) list of properties meant to give them better insight on our preferences. With all of this being done virtually, they took great care in returning a final list of properties, each one they toured before presenting to us. We short-listed about 5-7 homes and Shanti conducted detailed video tours of each place. They weren’t pushy and didn’t rush us to decide. On a few occasions, they slowed-us down to ensure we chose the right place. They went back to specific properties to conduct follow-up virtual tours. They made it very easy and helped with handling all the negotiations. It seems they have relationships with, or know, a majority of the letting companies in London. After finding “the one” house in Richmond we truly couldn’t pass-up, they helped put an offer together, gave guidance on how much to offer based on the market and made it happen. We ended up choosing the house in Southwest London with all criteria being met, totally exceeding our expectations. They handled the check-in process and while we had to address a few unforeseeable maintenance issues with the property, they made it very easy, working on our behalf with the letting agent, to ensure all post move-in items were addressed to our satisfaction. I’d recommend London Relocation, especially those relocating with family and/or kids. They worked diligently on our behalf to ensure all our needs were met and that we were 100% satisfied.

2020 has by all accounts been an insane year, add to this insanity the need to manage an emigration from one continent to another and you're setting yourself up for hours of stress and worry. Luckily, I had approached London Relocation to assist me with finding a place to rent and I was quite specific in the requirements I had - especially that it HAD to be pet-friendly. In no time they were actively going to places to see, photograph and video them for me and collaborated well in finding the perfect place. I was due to arrive in April, but have (due to the pandemic) arrived in October - but thank goodness I had Sascha and Merit from LR keeping an eye on our place for me and going well and truly beyond what I'd paid for in terms of organising and helping me setup as much as possible from abroad. I can recommend London Relocation for assistance in finding a rental when emigrating or moving to London without hesitation and over the months, they've experienced me as frustrated, elated and at times difficult. Always with the same level of professionalism, respect, tolerance and happiness no matter how difficult or easy I was behaving as a client.

I cannot say enough about our experience with London Relocation regarding our move from Washington, DC. From the very first minute we engaged them, we knew we were in the best and most capable hands. Our move was somewhat complicated, as we were relocating without an exact date, and we moved with our large dog. Neither complication seemed to be an issue for London Relocation. London Relocation Made The Impossible.. Possible. Dealing with the stress of moving to a new a country that you don't know anything about can be a very stressful time. I've contacted London Relocation with the task of find myself and my Dog (rottweiler) a new home with only 1 week time frame. My first contact was sending out an email via their portal which was picked up in a very timely manner( 10 mins of my first email) Was contacted almost immediately by Sascha who was willing to give me all the information i may need in regards to what i would need to provide. After signing up we did a needs assessment which i was asked a lot of questions to what i would like and won't like my flat to be ( Very detailed ) On the day of the viewing. I was professionally driven to each property and also had a London Relocation Search Agent with me every step of the way. After viewing all the properties the hard choice was trying to figure out which one i really like the most because all were up to my specification. I soon then contacted London relocation for advise as i had a very hard time making up my mind. The Team was very patient with me and assisted me in making the right decision. Once i had secured a property i was a bit worried about bills and stuff. London Relocation is the perfect option if you do not have a lot of time to stay in London and look for flats yourself. They take care of everything. Of course London Relocation is rather expensive and if you live here already you might want to save the costs and look for flats yourself - however if you are based abroad you could not do better than working with them. With a driver taking you around and everything being planned ahead, incredibly enough it is possible to see 20 available flats in one day. Not to mention Ryan is one of the funnest persons to be around we've met lately, on top of being very competent and clearly protecting our best interests. Without him and the London Relocation network we would have never gotten our beautiful big apartment, which we had to compete for against 7 other interested parties. London Relocation and especially Ryan handled this brilliantly. What is also great is the way London Relocation handled everything after we left - they drew up the contract, went to the inventory clerk meeting for us etc., and all we had to do was fax our signed contract back and transfer the money. Which they keep until the contract is agreed on and only then the landlord gets it, a very clever and much safer method. The only things we would have changed are that we saw less than 18 properties, due to a few considered being too far away and some having gone on the day, and that the monthly rent was not spelled out as exactly. It was definitely our mistake and quite naive to think a month would be four times the weekly rent and the client handbook says differently, too - but it would have been nice to be told again what the exact monthly rent would be, not just the weekly, when we made those calculations during the day or the days following. All in all though, we will definitely recommend London Relocation as we would surely not have found a flat this big and lovely in such a good location without them.

I moved to London alone for graduate school, and I had absolutely no idea how I was supposed to find my own flat. After I arrived in London, Mat took me to view over 20 available flats in one day! The properties ranged in price, size, amenities, and location while still matching the needs that I expressed. I absolutely fell in love with three of the flats that we viewed, and with his negotiation skills we were able to secure my favorite one for a great price. I moved in within a week, which was fantastic, because then I could focus on my studies knowing that LR took care of almost everything for me. Erin helped me set up utilities and helped me claim a student exemption from council tax. She even stopped by one morning (with coffee!) to assist in calling to resolve an issue with one of the broadband companies. There were some really nice touches within the service that I appreciated. Having a driver take us to the flats was so convenient and being able to use the company iPad to take photos and notes about the properties was great as well. I also received a ‘welcome home’ packet that had some great information about things to do, where to shop for housing goods, groceries, etc. London Relocation is a truly fantastic and professional company. They quickly called us back to understand better what was our need and profile. We fixed a day for the visit in London quickly. I've used London Relocation twice and both times have received stellar service, and moved into a brand new flat within 24 hours! I was extremely anxious about looking for a place, and did not want to waste money staying in a hotel after having arrived in London. Shortly after telling them what I was looking for, I was driven to 20 flats in one day. London Relocation's team explained all the fine print which made my decision that much simpler. Not knowing anything about leases, they helped me negotiate the terms to my liking and didn't leave my side until everything was signed and I was ready to move in. They were also able to educate me on the areas I wanted to move to, giving me a comprehensive overview on safety, local shops and travel. I availed of the service of London Relocation for my moving from Dublin to London in Feb 2016. In light of my experience I would split my review in 2 pieces: the first one (until you get the flat/home) is a super five star service; the second one ( the settle in service, which is optional) is a one star service. Now, first of all note that all the people in London relocation services are super kind, polite, always available and very professional. You will never feel alone during your relocation; they will constantly assist you throughout the process. First step is the assessment, London relocation will assess your needs, budget, etc etc and they will set you a profile and a couple of best suitable areas of London. We agreed the day of the view, Tyrone came to collect me with a car driver and they shown me around 15 flats/homes over 3 different areas of London. Service was excellent and the assistance of Tyrone and Annika absolutely outstanding. I had a flat the same evening of the view. Got the apartment I went for the phase 2 of the service. The settle-in service means that London relocation provide a number of ex-post checks: inventory checks, set up utilities, registration for council tax, etc. the only think that was done was a quick check of the flat. After my moving : the key of the post did not work, one chair was broken, sink was blocked, the hinges od the main lock of the door quite broken. I discovered then that London Relocation outsourced to a third company the settle-in service and the difference in the quality of the service is very evident. I set up autonomously the utilities, as the various providers do not release/accept personal information from third parties. Registration for council tax: they have just register your name in the borough website. You will then receive same papers and you have to proceed with your own registration. Finally, London relocation is a great Company, with amazing professionals and outstanding services. Just wonder if you really need a settle in service after finding a flat. But for the phase 1 (finding a flat) I could not receive a better service and it is highly recommended.

I do admit the relocation service is not the cheapest but it was worth it as I managed to see 19 apartments in 1 day which saved me money on the hotel and flights (and the time which I didn't have). For the amount of money you pay I would expect a better service, especially after signing the lease and support during first three months (as they claim they do). Devon and Kenneth are great and always very helpful during period before signing the lease. Devon was great during the viewing day and before. He did a good job. After signing the lease the support was inexistent. No indication at all of what you should do for tax council - they claim they do it and they do but they do not inform you well and if you are not aware of how things work, you may end up paying more Council tax than you should.
