Great experience renting in Baker Street area with London Villas, friendly and to the point, meeting with Pablo took minutes to finalise every thing, their excellent local properties and knowledge leading you to the top options you can get.

I am very grateful to the professional and patient from Antonio who helped me rent an ideal apartment in a short period of time. He introduced the apartment with unreserved enthusiasm, and in all the people who showed me around the apartment, he was the only one I met who really understood what it was all about. It's hard not to be impressed by people who work hard and patiently. The formalities of renting an apartment also come down very quickly, and the right to use the house has been obtained in three or four days. Very pleasant service experience and wish Antonio a happy life.

Wonderful experience! We were staying at an apartment in Central London. Everything was sparkly clean and neat. Our communication with the company representative Tina was easy - she is a true professional in her field. No questions left unanswered and always making sure we are satisfied. We got a great location in a quite neighborhood and a modern and cosy accommodation. By the way one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! The porter was polite and ready to help out in any way we needed. I definitely recommend London Villa Ltd and I intend to use their services again in a few months.

An incredible experience! Carly just made it for us. That girl is such a delight. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and she made it so easy for us to check-in. I rented a flat in Notting Hill using London Villa. It was a duplex studio with washer/dryer in building. Claudia was the broker who helped me, she was extremely and friendly. Throughout the duration of my stay, she was accessible via phone and email. It was a pleasure dealing with her and London Villa. I rented a studio at South Kensington for 1 year. In london is not easy to get a flat. most of the agencies ask for loads of documentations and high incomes. the agent Tina was absolutely helpful and easy to deal. the agency was very flexible. the rates applied by the agency were reasonable compared the others agencies. the studio was small but South Kensington is a very expensive area so I found the price very reasonable. when I left I had my deposit back on the time that the contract said and Tina was still very helpful about my doubts.

I’m staying in a London Villa apartment for three months for a work posting. Thanks to Antonio and Fathima it was a total breeze sorting everything out and I think this is one of the only buildings in Notting Hill with a porter. They’re a bit strict about where the trash bags go and stuff. But then I guess that’s how their properties stay so nice

They find me nice flat when I was urgent near to the metro and shops and uni. The girl with blonde is slow and her face is confused like she dont understand what I speak.there is one small girl who talk fast to understand. Tbe Indian girl with the nice shape is very good. If you visit you must speak with her because she knows all for London and price and legal informations and she has very nice shape and smile. She look just like dumb beauty just to look but really she is very smart to speak with and professional. Big brain big smile and with big cha chas :))))
