We had previously attempted to sell through an online estate agent but in the prevailing market, this didn't get us an offer we were prepared to accept. Terence had made a very convincing pitch to us previously so we turned to Ludlow Thompson to help.
Terence gave useful advice on how to best present the property. All the viewings were arranged efficiently giving us time to get the place ready. An acceptable offer was received within a 2-3 week period, and I was confident the team were looking after our interests well.
There was plenty of communication throughout the process. They always responded quickly to emails and phone calls, and their communications were always friendly and helpful. Emma was also highly rated by the estate agent on our vendor's side for being great to work with.
They clearly did a good job of managing our buyer's expectations when the process drew out for longer than we'd hoped, which helped to reduce risk on our side.
I would happily use them again.
