C. C.I had a great experience with Ludlow Thompson! I am a first time buyer, but had stalked an apartment a LOT on Zoopla and was super excited when it was everything I hoped for!
The initial communication via Henoc Ntambwe when I messaged on Zoopla was within a few hours and also included other similar properties I might be interested in. It goes to say that they were picked well ie similar location and perks eg - view- that they seemed carefully thought through.
Amos Filson helped me speed up the offer process and immediately put me in touch with the finance team to do the initial checks and make sure I could make the offer! Everything is going super smoothly so far and I am extremely excited!!

a. a.I was a client of ludlowthompson and was dealing with a property purchase in 2018 with Martin Malic, who is an employee of ludlowthompson. Martin is incredibly helpful and unbelievably patient and advisable to his clients. The negotiation between me and the vendor was exceptionally difficult in the beginning due to the big difference of the expectation towards the property price. Martin put a lot of effort in this deal which lasts several month, providing reasonable advises and trying to reduce the gap step by step, and eventually an offer was accepted by both sides. He is a really dedicating employee and is good at making difficult deal happen with both vendors and buyers happy with the results I recommend him without reservation.
