Before coming to Jessica, I had experienced the worst waste of time and money with a previous estate agent called ‘reliable homes’. What a nightmare. After parting waves with them, I searched the web and came across LudlowThompson and decided to call them, mainly because of their reputation and because they had a local office relatively close to my house.
From the moment I emailed them, a reply came back within a couple of hours. Then I spoke to one of their representatives called Sophia (if I remember correctly), who was so polite, understanding and helpful. She immediately put me at ease.
She introduced me to her manager Jessica. I can honestly and truthfully say that Jessica is the absolute best estate agent manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I know it sounds so corny and cliche, but from the start of my house sale journey, to the end when exchange and completion happened, Jessica always worked tirelessly for me and always went above and beyond; way more than I thought any estate agent would. She was always available to talk, to help put my mind at ease. She would regularly update me. She would chase up whomever needed chasing. She organised my solicitors. She did the viewings and waited at my house for surveyors when I was unable to. Even when one buyer was ‘dragging their feet’ with their solicitor, Jessica kept me calm and literally within 12 hours had a new, better and ultimately perfect new buyer. This would not have happened without her brilliance. There is so much more which she did, but I’ll stop there because I’m aware of the length of this review already.
If it wasn’t for Jessica, I would not have sold my house for such a great price, to such great buyers.
Jessica was beyond amazing and as you can sense, I am extremely happy that she was in charge of my house sale. There is no one else I would go to, when it comes to selling and buying more properties now. Thank you Jessica, you were super professional and amazing.

The LT property manager (I believe they're located outside of London), different story. She got defensive and unpleasant when I queried a provision in the lease agreement regarding fees that you need to pay if you break the lease before the break clause kicks in. I didn't want to interact with her anymore due to the unpleasant experience, so I didn't argue my point further. FYI, as a tenant if you break a lease before the break clause kicks in, based on the LT agreement you must reimburse your landlord the fees he or she paid, up to the date when your break clause does kick in, which means that in effect LT receives two fees (the fees your landlord paid in relation to you and the fees he or she will pay in relation to the new tenant) for the period up to when your break clause kicks in, if a new tenant is found before the break clause kicks in. So.. read the agreement carefully! Commas matter.

I was coming from viewing after viewing and lot of disappointment for the behaviour of some of the estate agents driven just by the profit, but Christopher and Tammy looked after me from the beginning till after the contract was signed and beyond, to have some minor problems with the property sorted and it made the experience so much better. Bhavik has been the man at the front end of this and has been exceptional. I have been a landlord for more than 15 years and own many properties but since dealing with Bhavik i have had no issues with rent or my tenants. Some may feel the fee's are slightly high but for the peace of mind of having good tenants on a long term contract and the legal and rental warranty there is no substitute.
