A. A.Gaurav is an excellent man and a property expert. He took over the marketing and running of my rental apartments several years ago and I have quite seriously never had any issue with his management of them. All the headaches I had as an amateur landlord were simply removed as soon as he was appointed by me. He knows the business, has an excellent team and the advice he gives me, always communicated clearly, means I do not suffer unforeseen issues and when they do arise, he deals with them whilst keeping me fully informed about everything that is going on. I have not had a fallow period in my limited number of properties since Gaurav took over and he handled the pandemic brilliantly. Five stars from me.
