Although Simon was acting for the sellers he supported both parties through the transaction and ensured that it was a speedy and efficient process for all. Working full time, it was difficult to be around the house when we needed to remedy certain aspects of the property in the process E.g. heating service, boiler service, etc. and this is where Simon was so helpful. He was able to be in the house to support the remedial works, and sometimes would spend the whole day there to help us out. I do not think this level of service would come from a standard estate agent. He was there to take and discuss questions, problems and queries multiple times a day, and he really did take a lot of the stress out of the sale.
