They have been very helpful from the start & willing to answer any questions I may have. Due to covid & being outside London it was difficult for myself to do viewings as they were all virtual, I felt David went that extra mile to ensure I was happy before i signed the contract & he was never pushy. I found some estate agents extremely pushy & just trying to sell, which for me pushes me away.
Since I've moved in I've come across a couple of issues but the team at Malverns have been quick to resolve & i never felt that I was being a burden.

I rented a flat from this estate agency for 5 years during my university years. It has been the best company that I have ever rented a flat with in London! The team is highly professional, top-skilled, efficient and caring people. The agents have a very patient and polite approach. I am so thankful and couldn't be happier to work through them. They were very open, responsive and helpful to any favours and questions that I would have. For instance, they would immideately come back to me with an answer and help around the flat, such as changing lamps or fixing technical issues (replacing oven, vacuum cleaner and washing machine). Whenever I had any concerns and questions, they would always be very hospitable and make you feel very comfortable to communicate with them. It was an absolute pleasure to get to know the team and talk to them whenever there was a chance. It was a superb experience.
