Recently rented a flat with them. They were great in terms of getting me in within a week and finishing some of the works by then, though they did advertise the property as available immediately which it really wasn't. Amazing customer service from them, really friendly and professional. However, like I've mentioned, it's been three weeks and the flat is still not completely finished. I also noticed that they've got my title wrong, which is a bit of a let down. Would definitely recommend as the office is very helpful and works quickly to rectify issues.
