L. G.Moving to London during a global pandemic was challenging, but Jelena, Rasa and the team at Mariana Real Estate made things more bearable. From the video tour that they gave us of the apartment, to the pack of toilet paper in the closet (you remember TP was a top commodity in the early pandemic days?!), to the fast responses to our questions during our tenancy, we felt that we had a letting agency we could rely on. The process of moving out was also handled smoothly and our deposit refunded in a timely manner. I am happy to recommend Mariana Real Estate as a property management company based on our personal experience.

Every time we needed help from them, their response was very fast and solving the problem effectively. In addition to being great professionals, they show a human side that is not so common in the real estate business. For personal reasons we had to modify the contract and both, they and the landlord, understood the situation perfectly and did everything on their part so that both parties were satisfied.
