Me and my partner recently signed a gorgeous little rental property near the Common as shown to us by Senior Lettings Negotiator Georgia. She went above and beyond what is required and managed not only to secure us our dream property, but to have us move in within 10 days of first viewing! Georgia was always there to answer our queries, even at 10:45 at night (amazing!) in order to make sure we secured the property and make the process as smooth as possible for us. I would absolutely recommend M&P - specifically Georgia - to absolutely anyone. We can't thank you enough!

Lewin and his team (Jessica and Nathalie) at M&P have gone a long way to restoring our faith in Estate Agents. They have been attentive and informative in both our sale and our purchase and have behaved in a thoroughly professional and ethical manner throughout - qualities not apparent in other agencies we have had the misfortune to encounter. They have always responded quickly to calls, and have had a good knowledge of their properties and related procedures and legislation. They have also been very friendly and given the impression that we were valued clients, as well as providing emotional support during those inevitable phases when things did not seem to be going so well. From the adverts that we applied to, we were contacted by 5 estate agents from the off. The best part about the experience was that he took great care to determine properties that would be suitable to us so the process was quick and enjoyable. I've worked with the Balham branch of Marsh and Parsons for many years, for both sales and lettings of local properties. I've always found M&P staff at this branch to be helpful, fair, and ready to go the extra mile (...though perhaps not always quite as smooth at head office level, where I've had one or two issues). However, I was particularly impressed on my most recent letting experience, where Emma Procter and her staff couldn't have been more efficient. I gave them a go ahead to let a property on my departure for a 2 week holiday: within 2 days, hardly having had time to unpack and pick up a glass of Stellenbosch Sauvignon Blanc, and we had above asking-price offers from 2 good sets of tenants! Referencing and processing of the preferred tenants was conducted whilst I moved onto the Shiraz, for a move-in date just a few days after my return! Emma even popped into the property in my absence to check that the professional cleaners had carried out the job properly so that I wasn't left unprepared in those few days prior to new tenants moving in. It was a process conducted with real professionalism, and meant that I could enjoy my holiday without unnecessary stress or interruption. I should go away more often.
