Firstly what can I say about the first class experiences that Marsh & Parsons have continuously provided for me apart from stellar!!! I started using them back in September 2021 and was shown a property in the Clapham area by Oliver Warren from the Clapham office. Oliver (Ollie) is the consummate professional! He was punctual, transparent about the property, knowledgeable and just so kind and sweet! I was having such a nightmare of a time finding a rental property and Ollie was just so understanding and sympathetic towards my situation and went above and beyond to try and find me the perfect rental property based on my needs. Unfortunately the property that I was shown didn’t quite suit me and so I ended up going to another estate agents, nevertheless I kept Ollie’s details and we stayed in touch. Roll on close to 6 months later and I am using Ollie once more to find somewhere to rent. Despite the rental market being really busy and there not being many properties available, Ollie continues to stay in constant communication with me, providing me updates of properties as soon as they reach the market. Ollie yet again has made a really stressful time a seamless experience each time we meet. I will continue to use Marsh & Parsons (Ollie) in particular. If you want incredible knowledge, invaluable expertise and impeccable customer service Ollie is your man! I wish all other negotiators were as conscientious and diligent as him! He is the blueprint on what a lettings negotiator should be!

Going with Tom and Theo from M&P to sell my flat was the best decision I made. From the outset Tom gave realistic and practical advice, he clearly knows the market extremely well, and then he and Theo absolutely delivered on that advice. Theo was particularly responsive and diligent once the flat was under offer. He worked so hard to ensure it completed. I can’t thank Ollie enough for his help in our search for our Home. My girlfriend and I were moving in with each other for the first time and were really struggling to decide which area we would like to live in. A number of impressive properties were sent to us by email after an initial first honest answer open phone call and we then received a few video tours of some properties (which were extremely helpful). We finally decided to view our current home in Clapham.To say it’s perfect for us would be an understatement, Ollie was spot on.
