Marsh & Parsons Holland Park completely blew me away with their brilliance! They are the most polite, professional, charming team and found me my dream flat in less than three days. I'd had a terrible experience with a neighboring estate agent, and cannot describe how relieved I was to meet Jack Davidson and the team at M&P. They completely restored my faith in estate agents! Every step of the process was simple, professional, smooth and easy. They attended to every question impeccably quickly, and I felt completely supported all the way through a difficult time of searching for a home. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and will be spreading the word to friends and family who are looking to rent.

Marsh & Parsons provided service of a different class when they helped me to find a new flat this summer. When I first contacted them they arranged to show me several flats in a single evening, driving me around to each one. Everything they showed me was perfectly suited to what I said I was looking for. My other half and I were looking for property around the Kensington area and contacted Jack Davison at Marsh & Parsons to show us a flat we liked. He was very thorough on the phone, asking details of what we wanted and our price range. The next day we were shown five great properties around the area that fit the bill, and made an offer on one we fell in love with. It saved us a lot of time looking. We have also been to some other high street estate agents, but they tended to show a more limited range with some properties way above our price range. After the offer was accepted, the process was very quick and we were kept in the loop at each stage. I dealt with a man called Robbie Dillon, and he had a very unique approach for an estate agent, he listened!!
